Vegetable Garden….OMELETTE

when..a thought of easy, quick and healthy…breakfast , lunch, snack..name it ….the first on the row to capture your attention is…. OMELETTE !!! yes… OMELETTE… you can experiment it adding any meat, seafood, green or mixed veggies….This time I tried …with mixed veggies & mushrooms…though its my first time trying…well, turned out to be a very tasty !!!


Omelette with mixed veggies

Ingredients :

Eggs    -    3
Milk    -    2 table spoons
Salt     -    to taste
Ground black peppers ...

Veggies :

I choose beans, peppers (Red, Green, Yellow & Orange), potatoes, broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, baby corn, green peas. This is not limited….out of your interest you can add any vegetable or meat or greens like, spinach too….
